i-liv Country Journal Blue Mist

Spring is on the way

Spring is on the way with the launch of a new collection from i-liv.

I don’t know about you but the lovely sunshine, bright blue skies and mid teen temperatures of this last week have been very uplifting, to say it is only the end of February, making us think that Spring is just around the corner.

One of my suppliers, i-liv, has just launched a lovely range of fabrics called Country Journal.  Focussing on bringing the calming effects of nature inside, it is sure to be a great addition to any home.  The range includes hand illustrated and watercolour designs with the focal point being the beautiful allium flower together with grasses and leaves.  Stripes, small and medium sized designs also feature.  Chalky colour palettes are based on heritage paint colours including blue mist, rosa pink, denim blue, dove grey and fern green.   Fabrics include natural cotton-linen look prints and woven designs.

One of the designs, ‘Chervil’, forms part of the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI). This is a non-profit organisation that suppliers support to improve the quality of the cotton coming in to the industry.  The BCI is a global community ensuring that cotton is produced in a way that is measurably better for the environment.  So, by choosing this particular fabric for your soft furnishings, which is 100% BCI cotton, you will be actively supporting this initiative in turn.  Chervil is available in 6 colourways: Clay, Denim, Dove, Fern, Mist and Mustard.

If you would like to see the full range in detail please follow the link below to my supplier’s website to have a browse of the entire range:
